KLF’s generous donation of $29,313 on July 12th has enabled us to secure our second $100,000 NET cancer research grant from NETRF. This grant will be allocated in the fall. Since 2019, the Mueller/Sells family has donated over $200,000 to NETRF, making them the largest single family donor for the organization. Katherine Mueller, with a strong desire to support NET research, has paved the way for brighter futures for patients with nets. The Katherine Mueller Fund for NET Research will sponsor NETRF grants for scientists with innovative research projects to enhance the understanding of neuroendocrine cancer, a field that is still inadequately understood and underfunded despite its increasing prevalence.
